Eligibility Requirements:

• Share appropriate feedback with our support team

Subscription Plans:

• VoxAI offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your subscription

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all audio recordings and content you upload
• You grant VoxAI a limited license to process your audio for coaching purposes
• You represent that you have the right to upload all content you submit
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms

Content Usage:

• We use your audio data solely to provide speech coaching services
• We may anonymize and aggregate data for service improvement
• We do not share your personal audio recordings with third parties
• You can request deletion of your content as outlined in our Privacy Policy

VoxAI's Rights:

• VoxAI owns all rights to our platform, technology, and AI models
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected
• All coaching content and methodologies are our intellectual property
• You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology

Service Availability:

• VoxAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

AI Coaching Disclaimers:

• VoxAI provides AI-generated feedback, not professional speech therapy
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed for any specific outcome
• Our service is for educational and improvement purposes only
• Consult professionals for medical or therapeutic speech concerns

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• VoxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

Termination by You:

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination
• We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy

Termination by VoxAI:

• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice
